CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/Rescheduling needs to be made with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations/rescheduling inside of 48 hours, 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hours, 100% of the service will be charged REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All prices are subject to change without notice. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e.: a broken pump) may be exchanged within 10 days for the same product only with sales receipt.
